This week is going to be a busy one. I start the week off with my favorite yearly visit to my dentist...fun..NOT!! Ever since I was a little kid I disliked the dentist for some reason. I have never in my life had any cavities, so that might be one of my problems. I have been told it is not a fun experience to have them fixed. Keep your fingers crossed for me…LOL

Then Tuesday is full of meetings, followed by Wednesday, with a trip back to the vet to get little “O” check out and make sure his stitches are heeling, then Thursday more meetings, followed by a Friday filled with yet again more meetings.

It doesn’t help that today and tomorrow the temperature is going to plus 25 followed by rain Wed-Friday. So sometime between today and tomorrow I have to get the remainder of my yard work done.

Happy Monday everyone…cheers …LOL

So I finally went and had my puppy "fixed". Between the actual operation, pain killers and having to have 3 baby teeth pulled... it ran me almost $700.oo. I should have become a vet ;)... The vet tells me that in about 2 weeks he should stop marking all over the house. But I am feeling a little guilty, as he seems to be in pain. He can't go outside for big walks, only short "leashed" ones, he can't run up or down the stairs and since I have stairs going outside, everytime nature calls, I have to carry him ever so carefully outside onto the lawn. Only 5 more days of this and he should be good as new!!! Other than that he is doing just fine.

Hopefully this weekend I can get a start on putting up my fence. I have got all the materials I need, put finding the energy to do it is proving to be a difficult task...lol!!!

Happy Thursday everyone!!!!

What a month!!! Between house and yard work, I haven't had a chance to sit down and write a decent post. All is good in my part of town, the pup is doing fanastic, and well I think as the day approaches for his operation to be "fixed", he has been giving me attitude like you wouldn't believe. "Teenagers"...go figure. He has been getting in the bad habit of marking his territory in every part of the house that you could think of. When I think I have cleaned all the spots... he goes and creates a new one!!! The vet says that this should stop after the operation...god for my sake and his I sure hope so...LOL

Well as the days get longer and the temperatures outside get warmer it is hard to sit in front of this computer. Yet hopefully I can keep all of you more informed as the summer progresses. One day at a time....

Cheers...Matt
